Punching & Laser

TRUMPF, Finn-Power (Prima Power) and Salvagnini form the backbone of our CNC sheet-metal processing. Automated tooling setup and quick changeovers enable efficient production of both large and small batches with consistent quality and minimal downtime. We also offer flat-bar processing with a focus on copper.

CNC Bending

Our bending section relies on modern technologies such as SAFAN E-BRAKE and COASTONE CONE. We prefer servo-electric systems for accuracy, repeatability, and economical, ergonomic operation. Standardized tooling and quick changeovers ensure consistent quality and short lead times for both large and small batches. For highly repeatable parts, we also use FINN-POWER BCe automatic bending centers.

Welding & Fabrication Workshop

Our welding & fabrication workshop combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. We specialize in end-to-end metalworking — from robotic welding to precision manual work. A broad range of welding technologies and joining methods enables us to deliver projects of varying scale and complexity.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is handled in-house by Smart painting s.r.o. within the SMART TRADING COMPANY site. We operate a fully automatic line as well as manual coating. We also provide screen printing and decal/label production.

Cast-in-place PUR Gasket (FIPFG)

A seamless, in-situ dispensed gasket delivers reliable IP protection (subject to part design) with high repeatability. Compared to glued profiles, there are no joints or overlaps and delamination risk is minimized; gasket width/height remain consistent via CNC metering.

Installation

We assemble indoor/outdoor cabinets and switchgear to customer specifications, including electrical assembly. We deliver RVI totems for fuel stations and showrooms, service-station cladding (e.g., Shell), and EV chargers — both project-based and serial — covering cabling and testing through to commissioning. The process also includes controlled tightening with data archiving and functional electrical testing.
